Stips.AI

Project Concept

A document control layer that guarantees every dealership deal is truly lender‑ready before and after submission, cutting Contracts in Transit (CIT) delays and speeding up funding across auto, powersports, and marine. Sitting between F&I and the lender, it auto‑generates lender‑ and deal‑specific checklists, validates documents and signatures in real time, hard‑stops bad deals from going out, and only marks a contract “Lender‑Ready” when every requirement is satisfied. By eliminating the missing‑stips and paperwork errors that cause one in four contracts to be kicked and add days to funding, a single rooftop moving from 7–10 days in CIT to 2–3 days can free up hundreds of thousands in working capital and cut floorplan and interest costs by tens of thousands of dollars per year.

Founder at Jon Lamb
Beyond my corporate leadership role, I advise startups and growth-stage companies navigating commercialization challenges. Through my advisory platform, I work with founders and executive teams on product positioning, go-to-market design, growth strategy, and what I call the “last mile problem” of innovation. Many companies can build compelling technology. Far fewer understand how to operationalize distribution, navigate fragmented industries, and create repeatable growth systems. I specialize in helping companies bridge that gap.
I’m particularly interested in businesses building overlooked infrastructure layers that become disproportionately valuable as industries evolve.
I’m currently focused on a handful of projects centered around AI infrastructure, mobility, and fintech innovation. I’m leading product initiatives focused on connected-vehicle data, predictive service intelligence, and autonomous workflows to help automotive retailers improve retention, operational efficiency, and customer lifecycle engagement. A major area of focus is building systems that move beyond dashboards and insights toward closed-loop execution powered by AI.

Solution Architect at Tekzenit
Solution Architect focused on designing and delivering scalable, AI-enabled systems. I work across architecture and hands-on development, building end-to-end solutions that integrate LLMs, APIs, and cloud platforms. My interests include agent-based systems, automation, and rapid prototyping of production-ready applications that solve real business problems.
Interested in AI agents, RAG systems, and scalable LLM architectures. Looking to collaborate on real-world applications involving automation, knowledge bases, and end-to-end deployment. Also interested in connecting with builders working on applied AI, cloud-native solutions, and production-ready systems.
Designing and building AI-driven solutions that integrate LLMs into real-world workflows. Currently exploring agent-based architectures for automation, API orchestration, and data pipelines. Focused on deploying end-to-end systems that connect backend services, cloud infrastructure, and AI capabilities into scalable applications.
